Tamed dinosaur wont move?
These are the bugs EA players are here for.

Im level 11, crafted a parasaur saddle, after screwing around trying to get the skin to apply and giving up (i assume you click and drag skins, as this worked for the hat skin for me) i equipped my level 5 parasaur with its saddle, nothing but berries in its inventory

I got on, and i cant move. I can get off, get back on, and do what seems to be a bite with the dino by left clicking, but thats it. i can have the dino follow me, he moves fine and obeys commands. but when i get on him, i cant move?

Anyone else with this issue? after taming my first dino, i was excited to ride! hoping im just doing something wrong.

Are you carrying too much? Look at the weight Icon in the upper right hand corner when you mount.

Your overall weight is likely too heavy for the dinosaur to move. Look at your weight, and add to it anything the dinosaur's inventory is already carrying. If it's over the Dino's maximum carryable, it won't be able to move.

^^^^ This, someone mentioned two people can ride trikes etc, it does appear even the raptor saddle has 2 seats, but my weight is 75% on him alone, anyways prob overweight.

ahhhh i see. thanks for the info. i hadnt thought of that. Ill try making more storage boxes for teh loot

Yup most likely :) simple math :)

Example:

Your total carry weight is 150 (MAX meaning if you reach 150, you wont be able to move)
Dino max carry weight is 150 (same as above)

Lets say you have stuff in your dino that has it filled with 50/150.

So when you sit up on it with 100 out of your total of 150
Meaning:
You (100) + Dino (50) = 150 (which is the extreme max for your dino)

Well it wont budge at all ;)

Nope..... Dropped all loot from me and Dino. Still won't budge.... Just chomp away at items around it. Am I still missing something?

Yep your weight + dino weight = overall weight.

@Stevo not sure why yours won't move if you have dropped all weight from both. You sure it's not stuck in anything like a tree or rock or something?

Yeah :( I have removed all objects around it, that was my first thought before the weight. Oh well, killed it and chomped its meat hehe. Survival man....survival.....

Dropping all loot still counts your physical weight and the weight that you are carrying when you hop on and the weight of the saddle you hopped onto.
