Can't find / join to my own dedicated server. DEVS LOOK PLEASE.

First,
How do I find my server in the game when you have a limit?

Second,
How can I connect to my server when I can't even join through servers in Steam, everytime I click on the server it shows it offline.

Fix for this?
Add the ability to search for us to search for servers by IP or server name, no harm done. Let's people who pay for dedicated servers to be able to enjoy them.

in steam, click view, click servers, click favorites, add server, add "yourIP:7777" to connect to a self hosted server, or "IP:27015" to join it if its on a box or other computer.

If it shows offline you did something wrong or aren't port forwarded. The server setup and starting is really finicky and some people just cant self host period. Myself for instance, I know I've port forwarded, added it to my firewalls and setup a proper batch, but I can't ever see the server online.

I dont know if we're having the same problem but i can connect to any other server accept mine on my computer. I can connect to it from other computers i have on the same network. But the computer i use to remote into my box i cannot connect to my server with it.

It's actually showing as offline? Make sure you aren't blocking connections with your firewall.

When i go into the server list inside ark it does not show at all and i know i have friends playing in it. But it does show up in the steam server list. But when i goto join it, it just hangs forever. I have all updates to my computer done and i even turned off my firewall

Same problem here.
I host a server, my friend join, he can play without issues, xp, farm, etc.
But I can't see it myself in ark servers list, steam server list or quickjoin with my friend profil.

Just infiny load.

I'm hosting mine from lowpinggames, last night we got on it by adding it to our favorites in steam and joining but now, when ever i click on it, it just shows it offline. I got on just now, i refreshed my steam server list, clicked on it and hit enter super quick haha. They should make it easier for us to find our servers that we host / or rent.

Well that didnt work for me i can connecnt to any server in the world from my computer except mine, and i can connect to my server from other computers.

use your internal router ip address to connect your servers. not the external one, this is for your outside friends to use. external one is the one that shows up when you go to http://www.whatsmyip.org/. the internal one is the one you see your router tables.
