You most likely need a foundation first. Hope this helps.

Would it snap to the irrigation system?

yeh has to be conencted to a system which kind of defeats the point abit when u want it to store rain water as it says

Was thinking the exact same thing... They way it is now, I don't see the difference between a tap and a water tank, except the tap also waters plants.

So I found out how you can use the water tank to store rainfall. Basically, you place a pipe first, then connect it to a pipe, then connect a tap to the pipe. You can fill the tank by placing a waterskin in the tank and remote using it, or wait for rainfall. 100 units fills up a waterskin, and the tank holds 200. To fill up your waterskin, place it in the tap and it'll fill it automatically.

Question can I hook it up to the farms and also when I have a tap on my pipe it just seems 2 drain the tank empty in 2 sseconds how do I avoid that in middle of jungle no water or lake around me

Every small farm takes 200 units of water to irrigate, which when you place it down, drains your tank. The water will slowly drain from the plot after, which will constantly drain your tank. You need more than one tank to farm when not connected to a permanent water source.

So the tap will turn off once the farm is full? Or keep draining till empty

Can u send a screen shot of a setup without a water inlet only rain
Woods Jun 9, 2015 @ 1:20am
My setup is water tank and farm plot with pipe connection but always says not irrigated when it stops raining so I have no clue
Fox Jun 9, 2015 @ 1:23am
You have to build a tap near to the plot.

I understand a tap but it drains the tank empty a soon as it stops raining like 2 seconds no water why can't I shut the tap off

Tank capacity should be way higher IMO, else the thing has the volume of but two waterskins?!
