Spears, IMO they break way too easy sometimes, it seems completely random, on occasion I can break 2 spears with 2 attacks, it makes combat and hunting with them pretty lame. They should have a durability like the tools, for something that breaks so easily and so randomly and can be thrown, they cost too much to make. The tools don't cut it as melee weapons and we need a real solid early game melee weapon like the Spear, or perhaps at least allow us to make a better version of the spear designed for melee combat that doesn't snap like a twig.

Can't they implement a spearquiver or something? It's frustrating that after every throw you have to craft a new spear.

You know you can carry a stack of spears right? You make a few and they stack like any other item.

Actually if you've ever seen a real spear made of wood and flint, they're pretty tough and they certainly wouldn't snap within 1 hit on a pathetic little Dilo, 3 times now I have had 2 spears break within 2 hits on a Dilo, it's completely random and makes ♥♥♥♥ gameplay. They need a durability like the tools, even if it's low, just make them take more durability damage depending on what they're hitting, so they'll break easy on larger tougher stuff, but last a while for stabbing little Dilo ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

At level 25 you get to make a pike, you can no longer throw it but it won't randomly break on you. Has a durabillity meter and everything. Best engrams I spend by far.

You would need to learn the basic spear before being able to learn that right?
