Fly - does what you expect (you move as fast in the air as you do on the ground)
Teleport - moves you to the point your looking at
Summon - i think this does something but need to find the right command to go after it
if you press the console key and then press tab it expands the window and you can see a confirmation that its worked
let me know if you find anymore
Wish to know more commands, hopefully ones about not having to eat or drink
Fly: You are able to fly.
Walk: Deactives flying and allows you to walk again.
Teleport: You are teleported in the way that you are facing.
Ghost: noclip, ability to walk through walls/objects.
ToggleInfiniteAmmo: Gives you infinite ammo for your weapons
addexperience 1000 1 1: gives you 1000 xp, you can change the value of 1000 to whatever
giveresources: gives you 50 of any resource
setcheatplayer true: Enables a menu
setcheatplayer false: Disables the menu
giveengrams: Unlocks all crafting recipes for your character
settimeofday <timestring>: Changes the time of day, for example settimeofday 12:00

You do, you have to hit tab twice to open the large screen and it tells you god mode is active...or something similar.
I looked up the command and this is what I used (it did not work)
summon Raptor_Character_BP_C
Should Character have been replaced by my character's name?
setcheatplayer false: Disables the cheat menu
God: Enables god mode, you are unkillable except be careful, you can still drown.
Fly: You are able to fly.
Walk: Deactives flying and allows you to walk again.
Teleport: You are teleported in the way that you are facing.

playersonly: Freezes all dinosaurs at their current location and freezes crafting.

forcetame: instantly tames a dinosaur

infinitestats: Gives you infinite hunger, stamina, etc.
damagetarget <amount>: Deals damage to the creature you are aiming at.
settimeofday <timestring>: Changes the time of day, for example settimeofday 12:00
slomo 5: Changes the speed on the server such as player movement, use slomo 1 to revert to normal speed.
setplayerpos 0 0 0: allows you to teleport to coords
execsetsleeping true/false: puts yor character to sleep/wakes them up
saveworld: saves the current worldstate
quit: exits the current world, use after saving for a safe shutdown
enemyinvisible true/false: makes all creatures ignore you even if you attack them
summon <DinosaurID>: Summons a dinosaur at your location.
giveitemnum <ItemID> <QTY> <Quality> <True/False>: Gives you an item...example cheat giveitemnum 1 1 1 false gives you a simple pistol and cheat giveitemnum 1 1 100 false gives you an ascendant simple pistol
I forgot where I got those from as the give and summon had links to dropbox...has a list of items and dinoIDs...

for summon you might have to enable the cheat mode (setcheatplayer true) if you haven't done it yet or type "cheat summon Raptor_Character_BP_C" I just tried without "cheat" and it worked for me.
For giveitemnum let's say you want Raw Meat, raw meat stacks at 20, so you would type "giveitem 12 20 1 false" the TRUE flag gives you a bp, which is quite strange as you can then craft meat, lol "giveitem 12 20 1 true"
Not sure if you want to summon through the console yet. Maybe wait for a patch. I tried earlier and it ran around after being tamed and got itself killed. I think I have the reddish one that you were looking for. I am sorry for your loss.
