Single player "cheats" (console commands?)

Basically this game looks really interesting to me, and I would like to buy it. However, is there some sort of console commands, or cheats for the single player? So I can just build up what ever, and run around and explore without having to worry about stamina, food, water etc.

Edit: I have the commands, no need to tell me anymore.

It's a multiplayer game, no singleplayer is going to be around unless you host a local server.
Also the game is intended to be played with in groups so solo game play is going to be very rough. (Take note lone wolves)

Then why does it have the single player tag on the game page? I've heard it's going to have single player too.

Myself, I have no interest in any of the multiplayer aspect. I would be more than happy with a single player experience of what has been created so far and this concept of "cheats" appeals to me.

It would be nice if a developer could confirm if there will be something like that or not? I mean, if not, no biggie. I'm sure some sort of trainer/mods will come out for the single player soon.
