Isn't the main goal in this game to explore and find out yourself?
Every edit, no matter how small, is welcome (as long as it is relevant to the game of course). There are no insignificant contributions. Regardless of whether it's a treatise on Dodo mating rituals, the best way to fricassee one using a flamethrower, or a simple case of adding a missing comma, all are welcome.
See you in Ark - consider not stabbing a Tagaziel to death when you see him. Or trampling. Or shooting. Or throwing off a cliff.
Should you need anything, just drop me a comment on my wiki profile and I'll do my best to accomodate you. :)
Some embarrassingly simple, but still notably ponient issues are arising that I've, so far, found no solution to myself:
-How to light a campfire.
-How to fill/use a water bottle.
These are some important things for survival, and yet there's no real indication for anything obvious: Flint can't be used with rocks or metal ore to spark a fire, thatch or wood can't be added as fuel in an obvious manner, and the water bottle can't be interacted with near water in any meaningful way.
Any updates on the 'getting started' front would be most appreciated (and most important, in my opinion), as it's discouraging to die of dehydration next to a river simply because your water bottle apparently has some bizarre mechanic to fill it.
Look at a fire. Hold E to interact and use the inventory option to put in thatch/wood.
As for the waterskin, walk to water and press the hotbar key where it is to fill it.
(It will light up when it becomes available - it is greyed out away from water.)
