In-game photography

Will there be cameras available to make, or will you start off with one? To take photo's eg: trophy shots, pictures with friends. Also will there be like a journal/diary you could own and stick pictures and facts in about dinosaurs and plants, I think that'd be cool!

I vote that the photo journal should look like the dossier, like actual photographs stuck in an old journal... (Not just a neat window with the photo's)

Not at EA launch, but we are very likely going to have this going over the summer as we progress, along with some Achievements related to 'em. Dinomon Snap! ;)

I was thinking of the same thing today! I think it would also be good if each tribe could have a photographer/scout who could go out and take pictures of the creatures in the area. Each time you take pictures, you unlock dossier info on that dinosaur. The Spyglass seems to already have access to some of this information.

Also, what if you could use photos to recon on locations (other bases, cave entrances, nests, etc and then write details about it on the back of the photo.) Maybe even combine it with notes and add both the notes and photos to a wall when doing research/plans for raids or eploratory missions. Sort of like putting together a case. Then we could have wanted posters, boutny hunters, etc.

The fact you would make a reference to pokemon snap brings such nostalgia pouring back and why I am going to continue to play the game.... a lot.....
