Tribal Face Paint

So it has been stated that there won't be much in the way of character customization at early access but what about face paint? Like white skull face paint or maybe some black lines across your face like Commando looking proper and improper camo.

Proper = Different colors to blend in with your surrounds and break up the lines that make your face visible from distance.

Improper = Skull and demon face paint to intimidate your enemies.
