Yeah that would be a great and necessary feature for a game like thing that wants to be truly successful.
It would be even cooler if someone on your tribe had to scout the other tribes to discover those facts. If you ever played Starcraft or Command & Conquer it was always a fun playing mechanic to send out a suicide scout to see how big your enemies base was and where they were located.
I suppose in order to do something like this there could perhaps be a totem signifying how many players are in the tribe?
For example if someone built a wall and you came across it it would update on your map and show the wall, which would be a certain color base upon the allegiance of the builders' tribe. Enemy walls would be red obviously, your tribes would be blue or green, allied tribes would be the other in blue or green and neutral would be gray. Now, anything on the other side of that wall would still be unknown unless you had laid eyes on it perhaps.
If each tribe had a limit to one of these it may be viable, hell I don't truly know what in the realm of possibility for this game so I don't really know how many assets a game/server like this can manage and how well, but I'm fairly certain theres away to do this. Obviously its not the main priority at this time, and I feel the dev team is quite good at judging these things, but at some point down the road, this would be very neat to see, and I think would really bring tribes together.
It would be quite neat. I had those hopes for TSL but this game has the potential to go there and far beyond.
