2. Your load order, if the same as the listed order, is very questionable and likely prone to issues. Case in point is your stacking mod(which is also one of the bad mods of point 1) is way too low in the load order.
3. You are using dino adding mods from different authors which may run risks of issues.
4. You are using utility adding mods that offer same/similar utilities which may cause conflicts.
etc etc etc.
And this is before even asking about diagnostic information with your rig and any potential discrepancies that it may have on its own or in tandem with the poor decisions with mods.
Also no info related to any ini changes, launch parameters being used etc either.
Keep in mind too that even if you remove mods, change load order etc that your save still may be corrupted beyond repair due to the previous bad decisions with mods. In such cases, you'll need to instead make a new save and being more mindful of mods and settings employed in conjunction with any rig limitations you may have.

You're likely going to have to make a new, fresh save. Starting with default settings and no mods. Then add one mod to the new save and test. Then the next etc.
2. You may also again have discrepancies too with your rig/system. If you want to explore that, then go to the steam help menu, click system information and then copy paste all that here so we can specifically see what steam detects for your rig and any aforementioned discrepancies that may have relevance.

Sorry but dont piggy back onto other people's issues threads like this because each person's issues are rather specific to them. All you end up doing is muddling things.
Go make your own thread where you cite the above, your own ue4 crash error report and your own mod use.
You're spamming this across many different threads with many different UE4 crash error reports pointing to completely different sources/reasons. Reducing ping as I told you in another thread doesnt tend to render a UE4 crash error report and just dc's you from the game without one.
Reducing ping is not a cure-all, it just treats one specific d/c issue source.
