Remove/fix seaweed
it is near impossible to see in the water because of the seaweed being stretched, any help fixing it?

you probs have -sm4 in your startup options

I had it with the option that forces DX10, try disabling that too

I can confirm that -sm40 or -d3d10 causes those glitches. In fact it causes so many glitches I think it's not worth enabling other than for testing or temporary purposes. I have seen a tool to remove all the grass from the game, that one might give you better FPS per visual lose.

Can you do a comparison? 2 fps might not be worth of the grass, 10 tho

running the game in -d3d10 does cause the seaweed issue, but you do gain a rather great performance boost.

Solution, run with the Dx10 option, remove seaweed.

The shortterm solution is: Use DX11 mode if at all possible.
The longterm solution is: Developers fix the glitches with DX10.
