How do I make text bubbles appear over my head?
I've seen other players come up and talk by using a chat "bubble" that shows up over their heads with text in it. How do I do that? I haven't been able to set up a mic yet, but still need to interact/communicate with other people. Thanks!

Press enter, and the chat comes up. :)

Will someone standing next to me be able to see it like a speech bubble? Right now it says "Global" when I press enter. Also, thanks for the quick response(:

Depends on the server settings I believe.
