There was a post about this somewhere, wish I could find it. Short answer is nope. :)
Important to know: spikes don't hurt your tamed dino's. You can safely use spikes EVERYWHERE, and that won't kill your little pets. :D
Me and a friend actually had our base SURROUNDED with wooden & metal spikes, players still got in just bruteforcing. You gotta be really tactical, and at your weak point have an extra set of spikes, just in case.
100% sure ? Because my trike just died to roof with spike while I was mounting him. Unless it's a weird bug, spike do does damage to your tamed dino.
I can walk into my own spikes(when mounted) all day. If I go in there myself as a player, I'll take a little bit of damage. But mounted pets should NOT get hurt by tribed-spikes. Unless you're not in a tribe and all your stuff is not actually belonging to anyone, lol.
