Depends on what you consider, "fine". Your card does not support DirectX 11 entirely and therefore I assume it runs basically by default with the -d3d10 command (which helps dramatically with performance but makes the game looks relatively terrible compared to using DirectX 11).

You also don't mention what resolution or settings you run, and obviously no proof (not saying you're lying, just without proof claims are worthless).

sorry about that, don't know what -d3d10 command is sorry, and my res is 1280x1024
I can run it all med with ground clutter at about 10%

EDIT: I made my profile public, I have about 13+ hours in ARK (Got yesterday) as my "Proof" who'd run a game they can't play, and throwaway the refund request. The Game may not look that pretty but I only really care about gameplay, and it's great. I really don't know much about PCs so if you want anymore info you gotta ask, sorry. open console and type "stat fps" and take pics. i also have one of those cards laying around and would be interesting to see what fps you get. no point in looking pretty if its a slide show.

Its how the devs are doing the opts. They are going from INSANELY low cards to INSANELY high cards. So, in dozen or so weeks everyone should be seeing better FPS and no lag on higher settings.

See that I said a dozen (12) which means 3 mouths.
