Air Conditioner is working?

I put an Air Conditioner, but do not change the temperature (Yes power on)

1. Make sure the AC is set on cool (not fan) and set the temp itself to around 68*
2. Isulation
3. Weather stripping around the AC unit
4. Air circulation, dont underestimate the power of a ceiling fan.
5. Is cold air coming out of the AC? If not make sure settings are correct, if they are then maybe it is possible that your AC needs to be recharged ir isnt working properly and may need repair.
