Dino Food Bins
So It's not hard to keep a dino fed, you throw a stack of 20 meat in there and he's good for a day or so if you aren't using him and if you are then they are getting food as you hunt.

However, sometimes feeding a heard can be tedious. Perhaps having food bins that you can attach to a wall would be cool. That way you could put it on your paddock wall and dinos could eat at their leisure.

It would also be cool if you could set dinos to a wander mode, instead of just turning follow off and they just stand their for hours or days. Let them wander around their paddock scratch, scratch around for food when their hungry, or something to make them less like animated statues.

Well food bins, what good would that be with the current rate of food decay? None really. So lets get a recipe for animal food. One for herbivores and one for carnivores with very long decay rates. Dog food really doesn't go bad, sure they might not like it as much as a fresh steak, but hey they'll be more excited when it's hunting time.

I was wondering why an auto-feeder wasn't available!

I really like this idea. My tribe has started to aquire a hoard of spitty lizards and feeding them is a pain especially when they all stand on top of one another and it's hard to figure out who's been given food and who hasn't.

I think having a food bin or feeding station and food receipes for carnivore and herbivore food that lasts a really long time would be a great idea.

Another idea I'd really like to see is leashes for the unrideable dinos so that we can actually direct them to stand in specific locations. Right now my tribe has all our dinos in a very small pen (for defensive purposes since our tribe is very small and we're currently working to expand but it's slow going). Orginizing the ridable dinos in the small area is easy because we just put a saddle on them and park them where we want them, but the spitty lizards and other non-ridable dinos have to be brought in following us, and they just stand anywhere they want which makes navigating the other dinos around them really difficult.

Honestly with how little food they use offline, they only really need to be fed once a week or so. It's not THAT big of a deal to just throw a few stacks of berries/meat on em and forget about it. This is assuming they're not being attacked/damaged. However, I love the idea of a feeding troth(sp?) where you could toss in some ground up meat in one and berries and stuff in the other than it would let any dino in the area feed from it.
