argentavis leveling suggestions

What stats should be leveled up with argentavis? I heard its slower than the pterodactyl, but would concentrating on health and/or meele damage be better?

Well, that mostly depends on what you are planning to do with it.

From our 6 birds we took the two highest levels for our riding and attacking purposes, meaning we invested in health, melee damage and stamina (as it helps both for faster flying and for fighting).

The other four are our carrying force when we go farm metal on the mountains. There we only increased health and weight.

yeah all three are a good focus, though limit the points into move speed early on. 3-5 just to boost your speed a bit and then switch to alternating health and damage.

The argentavis is a beast once it is leveled some, but if you neglect health and damage, you may find yourself running out of stamina before you are able to kill something.

I have had the most problems with other argentavis. Since you can't run from them you have to kill them before running out of stamina. I actually lost an argentavis one time because of this.

other than wild argentavis, most other things are a joke. Since you can attack from any direction you usually get the first few attacks in for free. Just be wary of things like packs of brontosaurus
