During taming it does not work as well as with fresh meat, so I'm guessing that they won't get as much "food" for cooked meat
THis esteemed source provides key data to consider on how much a T-Rex needs each day
to just get along.
How many humans per day would a T-Rex need to snack on:

Mine in game eats a lot more than that.
Game dino's should be able to gorge like a snake or something and chillax while
you are away. Like, what are they doing, just standing around and pooping is all.
Not exactly massively calorie driven activities.
That might be a good use for it.
But lord, does it take forever in a day to make some of that.
I need like 5 smokers to get a supply going, one is not going to cut it.
SLOW production.
More meat rots in the smoker than it makes jerky.
what hes talking about is that a full stack of raw meat currently lasts less than a day, because even if you have 5000 meat on a single dino, because theyre all seperated into stacks of 20, the whole lot only lasts about 10 or so hours, maybe less depending on eating rate / stamina usage.
This means that for any tamed carnivore you HAVE to log in like once a day or they start to go hungry.
