How to spawn in a dino

How would i spawn in a level 25 trike and give it to a player?

Spawn in ? What are you talking about ? Obelisks are required to download data from other servers, and then you can also unclaim Dino's you've tamed , and then anyone can come up to it and claim it without taming ... But I don't know what you mean by spawn in !

I own a server and i was wondering if there are any admin commands to make a trike at level 25 spawn infront of me tamed

if u want to spawn one just go to the console and type ( trike_character_BP_C

Console Command: summon Trike_Character_BP_C
Spawns a Trike with random LVL then you have to tame it or Command: forcetame in front of the Trike.

You can Spawn in a specific LVL but i'm at work so I dont' have the right website and the only one I know is in german if it'll help

type in "cheat spawndino "Blueprint'/Game/PrimalEarth/Dinos/Trike/Trike_Character_BP.Trike_Character_BP'" 1 1 1 25" this spawns a trike at lvl 25 1 foot from you (basically on top of you). You can then tame it conventionally or use "cheat dotame" and then unclaim it for the player.
