Please add a local chat option, so you can talk to somebody within voice chat distance of you, and not the entire server.

Good idea, will do. technically this is a server option as well (bProximityChat=true), but would be good to just also let players do it at will too.

and would it not be possible to move the chat window to lower left and what is now shown on lower lfet be moved to lower right area? this chat is so...huge and when in option, chat window should be hidden.

And also please stop the chat scrolling down automatically to last line when we are trying to read the lines above. I can't even read the server announcements because people keep writing and it scrolls down. I use mouse wheel to scroll up but is scrolls down again imediately.
