Stuck inside of dino

This happens a lot, I attack or try to run from a dino and get stuck inside it with no way out. Just putting this out there if it can be fixed.

Anyway in all seriousness, it happens to me quite often. More so once I've killed it I get stuck in the corpse. About the only way I've found out of it is to kill/butcher the critter. Only seems to work when I use the pick or axe, and ocasionally I need to find the sweet spot where I accutally hit the critter. So while we wait for a fix the work around seems to be, act like a axe weilding psychopath... more so than usual that is.
