12pm means noon otherwise it would say 12am if its at Midnight.
I'm still waiting for that fix that fixes being unable to surface when out of stamina and swimming........still can't surface, still die every time.
Seems realistic if you're too tired to swim that you drown and get swept by the currents, we ain't swimming in pools.
I agree with you man, the Argentavis and Ptera should both be able to stop in the air to gain stamina and just keep the total stamina lower. Landing so often is annoying and having the Argentavis with like 600 stamina starting out will be absurd in battles. Even make the regen super slow or something, if its OPness thats the issue.
like the fall damage bit, perhaps if they go over max health x percent for damage they go into a knockout state.
Argentavis - the griefers still won't be happy with it, as they still can't fly forever. I didn't mind the stanima drop the previous patch introduced, just ment you had to be smart about leveling the bird. Most won't be happy no matter what the devs do though. one group is going to be 'they are too op' and another will be 'they are too nerfed', betting when they tune the larger dinos they'll be alot of complaining about it as well.
I know it sucks to drown in 2 feet of water when you're almost to shore and screaming at your exhausted character to just stand the ♥♥♥♥ up, but I'm pretty sure drowning when exhausted is as intended... you'd need to come up with a pretty good argument to change the dev's mind about that one.
I agree, however, many many many patches ago, this was supposed to have been resolved, and adjusted so that you could ever so slowly still surface to get air, well, you can slowly surface, but at the top you are still unable to breathe even though you are looking at blue sky.
There is a bug with weight when you put points in to the weight when you level up it dosen't take affect
exsample going from 100 to 110 and you have 105 or 109 which are under the 110 it still said's your over the weight and you can't jump cause it said you are to heavy as well you move slow.
other then that you guys are doing a great job. I know you guys are still working on this but fps for me running everything on low I'm getting 5 to 10 fps
My system is:
AMD Athlon II x 2 2.8GHz
8 GB Ram 1600
Asus Nvidia Geforce GT 440 1GB video Ram GDDR5
Windows 10 64bit
other then my ram I'm at the min
Thanks again Devs and keep up the good work just don't rush anything cause people would have it working right when it gets out of alpha, beta testing instead of having it broken so take your time on making the game work the way it should. and yes I know this is in alpha so that is why I am giving out my system specs cause the more you know the better you can make it work the way it should
P.S. To everyone else yes I know my system needs a upgrade but it's all I have until I have extra cash.
Make them fly forever, but dissallow them to damage structures, and give them decent weight capacity for carrying things while making them unable to carry dinos/people.
This way the bird won't become redundent compared to the ptera.
Nice last-minute quality of life addition!
