How many slingshots hit to knock out a trike?

Depends on the level. Low level will probably take 15+ shots. I know a turtle takes about 10.

about 12 ish give or take is how many it normally takes for me. I also aim for the head.

Once you learn tranq arrows though never use the slingshot for taming due to it lowering their health makes taming longer

Trikes take less damage and torpor from headshots.
A level 30 takes 28 shots from a slingshot, a level 1 takes 11.

Dont shoot Trike in the head - it takes only 15% of normal damage from headshots.
