Would an ATI Radeon HD 5570 run this alright?

With all the minimum specs met, would that card run this okay at the current state of the game? Anyone have the card/willing to share their experience?

I'm currently running the game on this card with all settings set to low and using the "No Sky Effects" at launch and it runs alright (still low fps but playable if you're patient). The one thing I can warn you about is to not go near/into any caves as your fps will drop to 1-2 after waiting for the assets inside the cave to load (which will freeze your game for around 2-3 minutes)

I'm running a Radeon 5450 and its considerably crap. I mean, I've played on low graphics me whole life, but I'm going to upgrade soon... its a necessity.

Thanks for your guys' input :3 I ended up buying the game for a friend, so I wasn't sure if it would run for her or not. It ended up running, but it is indeed not very good. ><

That's what I'm running it on. Everything is on low, no sky, etc. Meshes are half way down, but the resolution slider is 3/4 of the way up. It's pretty terrible lol but playable. I get major framerate drops occasionally, but so does everyone else I play with (with much better cards) at the same time so I don't think that's from my card.
It runs other games well for my needs, but since playing this I definitely have a bigger power supply and new updated video card on my to-buy-list.

I'm running it on the 5670HD, and I use the edited .ini files, and I can get a decent 25-40fps with Textures on Medium, and Draw Distance on Medium.
