Dino Gates too small ?
Wanted to provide some feedback on the dinogates and the ''fencing'' . The gates feel to small to me , since half the dinos does not fit through it , this makes defending your dinosaurs while you are logged out very hard . The only way I found to defend them is to just demlish some walls to fit the big dinos inside , then build the wall again before you log out !

there is a bigger gate at higher levels, Behemoth Gate

even this is pointless because people can just smash one wall down in under a minute and kill your dinos.

I've tamed some Dilos as guard dogs , put them on agressive , then the rest of the dinosaurs are on Passive so they will assist the Dilos . I guess breaking into a base with 2 rexes 1 carno 4 raptors have a deathwish ? :P

But I very much agree , breaking down walls seem abit too easy

Don`t worry about anything guys. If you are logged out, it is so easy to kill your dinos or raid your base. Doesn`t matter how well you built it.

Just play how you want it and don`t worry about keeping dinos safe, it is a waste of time. Better pray that in the morning, everything is still there ;)

Dinos can no longer damage metal structures. Rockets are now using "demolition" damage type which makes them as effective as C4. All explosions effectiveness vs structures increased 50%.
from the patch notes
does the Dinos part includes humans somehow? so metal REQUIREs demolition dmg to be smashed...?

Yeah, you have to use explosives for metal stuff. But since granades are so cheap, you can get into every base.

And what has this to do with the topic on hand that the Dinogate could use a small boost to size so that at least a trike or other medium sized dino can get through it on his own.

I can get it that a Trex and a bronto won't fit through the normal dinogate> But I would like to see the size a bit wider and perhaps just a tad higher so a Stego can get through it as well. The Stego Saddle is way lower level then the behemoth gate.

what level are grenades? and btw at least now lvl 1 players can't bash down lvl 60 bases!
