I have a question about the achievement:

Veteran Paleontologist
You unlocked the Dossiers of each of ARK's initial Specimens!

This says almost nothing. that's fine, we have to figure out what the initial specimens are.
after taming a sabertooth I noticed he didnt give me a profile page meaning it is not one of the initial specimens.

I would like to know if this achievement is do-able with the current state of the game? because thus far NOBODY has achieved this achievement yet. A dev responce would be great with just a yes or no. :)

You have to be basically sitting on them when they tame..to get the achievement

I have 80% of all tames right now. can you confirm that the sabertooth also gives a profile page?

Yeah if you're not really close to them when they offically become yours, then you don't get the dossier screen.

guys it is not about receiving the profile page. it is about which profile pages there are.

For me it is the Dossier on the bottom right that will not unlock, I am assuming it is the Broodmother, but I've killed it and nothing pops (apart from the flag!)

it is the broodmother. you need to kill it yourself (final hit). not your dino!

you will get the achievment once you exit.

Correct, the final is the Broodmother. You have to kill her yourself. Good luck! :)

Phiomia you have to tame, because I have not tamed one and I still don't have it's dossier

I heard you need to be the one that kills it. I think thats true since I killed it too with a group and only one of us got the dossier

have you killed the broodmother yet
