I cannot contact ark support!! I emailed with specific information about my character being stuck and support refuses to respond.. So do I need to tell steam that ark support is not actually support?

Use the submit a ticket feature on the main ark site. They've always got back to me with in a day at most

www.survivetheark.com since at least 3-5 months. you should maybe inform yourself first and stop emailing an adress that probably isn't used since this exact time period now

You do realize that you just necro'd a thread over 2 years old right? And that fact means there is no way of knowing whether Desertworld's ban had anything to do with this post. In fact the age means it likely does not. Also both steam and Ark are international, so there's no guarantee any of this was necessarily american. But other than that, you're spot on.

Yeah... especialy to spout ignorant rubbish... harry... Desert used to get banned every other day... and was most likely banned in another thread on the same day.
