Urgent - Can't ban players with a space in their name?!

I tried swapping for an underscore, - sign, &nsbp etc.

Also tried banning using steamid

Tried wrapping in " and '

Also tried using %20 for spaces etc

Can't seem to do it :(

Yup. I mean, the command: cheat banplayer [playername] works fine if there's no space in the name, but if there is - it seems we're pretty screwed at present.

This is one of the issues that I wrote about in my thread about what ARK server owners desperately need from Studio Wildcard. There are so many reasons why it is a poor design choice to have the server kick and ban players by display name as opposed to SteamID.

You can use a command to ban them if they are online. Once you have logged in (enablecheats "password") hit tab again then type ShowMyAdminManager. That will allow you to ban players by selecting them from a list of currently online players.
