Being high in the mountains or in a cave, having a non-perishable source of water, no matter how small it may be, becomes incredibly important to have around you.
Let's be real here, it's not a bottle but a -jar- of water, weighing 5 instead of 0.3. 2 sips is fair and not OP at all..
I think many people feel like having 3, maybe even 4 sources of water on them at any given time, and when you have 20 weight units of simply water on you.. well, it's a bit heavy for a mere 4 sips of water, when it's a fifth of your total carryweight (assuming you didn't level up your total carryweight that is).
Realistically.
