Also, eating cooked meat is a lot easier to deal with hunger, rather than 100s of berries. :)
except you're better off not using the raptor for the kill and using the pick axe to get the meat and it's the left click for the attack that collects berries
You Left click just like your attack (which you are doing so be careful) and you will collect what ever the Dino can collect.
Keep at it buddy. This game is actually kind of interesting because the amount of time it takes to recover from a catastrophic failure seems to reduce every time it happens. I can't tell you how many dinos I have lost, how much metal wasted on making picks that got lost with the dinos, and wasted structure pieces due to idiocy.
2. Do not run, do not wave your hand like crazy. Keep you stamina.
3. Poop.
I found a soup recipe but have not tried to make it yet. So they do exist.
Berries are just for some quick snacks, and to hydrate you a little bit. For a real meal, cooked meat is MUCH better and you get raw meat off any dino you kill and only need some stone, flint, and wood to make a fire to cook it. Pluse once you level up enough to unlock the cooking pot there are even more ways too cook food as well.
