Wildcard is only responsible for official servers, everything else is up to the Server Admins of that Server and they can act in any way they like to.
You can maybe contact Wildcard Support: https://support.survivetheark.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000784588-How-to-Submit-a-Ticket
But I highly doubt, anything will come of it. They used ingame mechanics, and from your description, they used them as designed and intended. With bad intent but no exploiting or anything... But that is just my opinion and assumption.
A similar thing happened to a friend of mine.
Wildcard can do nothing about this, their statement is:
By joining a tribe its one for all and all for one.
This means that if you join a tribe, your stuff becomes their stuff regardless, buildings, dinos, etc.
Its sad that there are people who use others for this. But ... as stated by Kaga, its legit. Unfair yes and ugly but ... sadly legit.
