Yes. Hold down 'E' and select "Unclaim..." and hover for a few seconds before pressing. The person receiving the dino will have to do the first step as well (but selecting claim rather than unclaim).

The person receiving the dino doesn't have to hold e, they just need to press e when it says to claim dino, no need to go into the menu.

Yep. You can. Also a great way of trading, especially when there is difficulty bumps. We would end up taming some of the new high level dinos, and then we would just have the previous ones standing around, so we would either give them away or trade them for whatever we wanted/needed, like fiber and stone, or blue prints.

We have several Dino Dealers on our server. Been a function for quite a while and primary source of "trading" for those who don't have time to tame but hoard basic mats that tamers don't have time to farm.
