How do you make better saddles?

I saw on wiki that theres a lot of different ones that give better armor but it doesn't say how to get em.

Blueprints. When you hover your cursor over them in your inventory, it will say Primitive, Ramshackle, Apprentice, Journeyman, Mastercraft, or Ascendant.

Supply Drops

You must sacrifice a dodo every day at 12 o'clock. Two on sundays, and a Dilo every patch.
Sacrifices must be made in a circle of standing torches.
Be warned, for if you do not complete the ritual exactly you may anger the saddle gods and you will face the terror of eating bronto feces!

make sure you check the blueprints though, dont just pay attention to the tier they are. For instance i have an apprentice ankylo saddle BP that has like 15 less armor and 20 less durability than a primitive ankylo saddle BP.

The better blueprints are usually found in caves, or deep sea loot crates.

Different drops have different saddles available, just loot all of em but dont be suprized if you get 90% junk.

Since when has an ankylos-saddle durability? Last time I played, the only saddle with durabilty was the wheel rat (or whatever it is called. The giant rat of abaration.)

I tried this but it didn't work ? Do they have to be Virgins because they have a back gate like I wind sock since I've been sexng them up :(

I tried this but it didn't work ? Do they have to be Virgins because they have a back gate like I wind sock since I've been sexng them up :(

That is because that was 4 years ago, it has been patched out of the game. It was considered an exploit.
