Chamitataxus Giant Badger
We need a giant honey badger. The special ability could be topor immunity and maybe a lower level rock/flint harvesting since they dig.

If they are immune to torpor then they are not tameable since you can't knock them out?

Aaand, how would you tame it if the torpor didn't raise from rocks/narcs/tranqs?

They could do taming like the itchys except you'll need chitin and meat. It should also keep trying to attack you while taming it. They are working on other non topor taming to.

They would not be a good animal for passive taming since Badgers are aggressive by nature, you get near one and they can and will attack regardless of size. They attack bears. I would like to see one but immune to torpor is a bad idea

A honey badger is too OP. How will you prevent people from getting a badger and declaring "game over" for everyone else? If there's one true badass in nature it is the honey badger...

I'm thinking they should have pretty high health but lowish damage similar to the carbos. It would funny if it had a similar effect as the Giganotosaurus. It gets stronger as it gets attacked but at some point it kicks you off and just attacks everything cause you know it don't care.

They get bitten by cobras & just shrug it off, immune to poison sounds plausible. Whatever method they come up with for taming spiders & snakes could be used for badgers.
