Turtle eggs are on a 5 min pickup timer. I have 10 females 1 male with over 80 eggs in my fridge. I was lucky and had set up my farm before the patch that cut the rates so much. If you stay near them they seem to lay more often. Though it could just be that the eggs are on such a short timer making it hard to leave, come back and find eggs.

We've got 10 egg laying Dilos. We watched them for an hour just to see if we were really missing the spawns, but there were no eggs dropped in the first place. Nor have we gotten a single egg in about 3-4 days from anything else.

Our tribe has many different egg farms, the Turtle one is the latest addition.
Ive got about 30-40 Turtle eggs the last week, and the timer has been 25-30 minutes.

Theres about 9 females in the Turtle farm.

So I do still get eggs, but at a somewhat slower rate as of late.

Normally, eggs are dropped when you come close enough to actually see them from a distance. Meaning, if you leave your egg farm away from your base, out of visual range you can "force-spawn" a lot of them. Or just check on em whenever you get back to base. They tend to spawn 3-5x slower if you are in visual range of the dinos though, so if you want eggs, move the farm or get away from your house often.

Turtle eggs have a low decompose timer, like dilo and dodo eggs so they can be tricky to grab.

to make 100% sure you won't miss any of the eggs, build a bunch of foundations and backup the turtles over em, so their poop falls off the edge (press z when on them) and then your eggs will drop on the ground next to the foundation making em easy to spot and pick up.

we got 1 male and 4 female turtles. They lay eggs like anything else. That's mean a couples per days, and they are on a 30 minutes timer. I dont know what you guys are smoking, but our little turtle squad lay eggs, so far since we have them, we have over 30 eggs in about 4 days.

yea iv tryed to get some eggs from turtles to one time i decided to take em out for a stroll on the way back home i noticed one of them had droped an egg on the way out. so maybe you need to walk them sometimes like a dog.

No, they don't. Currently Turtle and Dilo (possibly more, those are the two I'm sure about) eggs are bugged and their timers are only 5 minutes long.

Yeah try to go in single player you can see they only last 5 mins. Our tribe has alot of dinos and since the new updates we have been getting pretty much no eggs. They most likely used "old" coding to build upon which means the eggs are back to the way they were broken before.

Eggs are crap again for getting, back to the old rate of very little, problity bugged up a bit, best to put them on a slope ass end facing down the slope so easier to get the egg and much easier to see, indoor got squat for eggs put them outside and get the odd few here and there, be nice for the ape big foot to have for gathering eggs or poop have a few assigned options for each one. Just needs some polish for the code.

Sadly it is back to the way it was before the latest patch because they use "old" coding to build upon. They use old code because each person working has their own project so they use the code that was available at the moment that the assingment was given to them, but that means they also get the bugs that came with that old code and the same values as it was before latest patches. Sometimes even test values were left in from a previous patch in example the tranq arrows with 2000x mutiplier was left in this last week and patched after.

feels like that :(
but that just matches the schedule-behaviour of the patches
no offense

have 4 females and one male
one egg in a week...
and i checked every half an hour

Yea. I just confirmed the problem with turtle eggs is indeed the decay timer...they only last 5 minutes. Have my turtle farm next to my parasaur. Its nice to check the parasaurs every so often and find 3+ eggs waiting for me with the 30 minute timer. I have to basically stand by the turtles and hope to see one

They are finally going to make turtle like other dino eggs :) Hopefully the dilos eggs will be fixed soon after.
