Question: What is that house icon when inside my camp ?

Hello everyone, i'm Fubuki and i have a little question because i can't find the answer on the web.

Have you noticed that little house icon above your experience icon when you are inside your camp?
What does it do ? it is a kind of buff or it simply tell 'you are at home" ?
