ankylo vs stego; which one should i tame

taming times should be the same but ankylos live farther away from my house.

ankylo is smaller and more versatile
ive tamed both and have found the ankylo to be only lsightly worse than stego for berries, but is a god at farming flint, and does both of these at pretty much the same time too

Both. Mind you can kite ankylo to your base. Then grab a stego and tame same time

Ankylo ftw. Berries, thatch, wood, flint, stone, metal.

Stego is alright. More berries, thatch, wood. More base weight

IMO I guess it really boils down to what you were looking to get out of your next tame.

yes sir, only the big dinos do damage when they run.

If you want to use it to farm, ankylo 100 %

It farms berries and flint very fast. and unlike trike and stego, it has a very decent stamina pool
