Do artifacts respawn in the cave, and about my Argentavis...

So recently I died in a cave along with some blueprints, saddle, and the artifact of the massive. I'm not mad that I died, but I am mad that I died by BS since my jumped ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up at the last second lag/false rock height. So I was wondering does all that spawn back at the loot areas where the cave is, or am I screwed? Since I was pissed I decided to mess around to get stress off, and flew my way to the top of the island. I got off halfway along with my Eagle following me, and the parachute did nothing to stop my death. Upon spawing my Argent is nowhere to be seen, do I have to get another to find the current or is he gone >:(

Artifacts respawn.

You know you need to actually activate a parachute in your hotbar or inventory, right? It's not automatic.

The game notifies you when your dinos die. It should still be up there, if it was on follow it may have followed you until you died.

On SP, it will just be in stasis until you get in range, so you just need to fly back spamming "all follow AOE" and get close enough. Probably won't starve. At least any time soon.

On MP, it might die if something eats it (is it on passive?), or it loses a fight. I think this stuff only happens if someone is nearby. If you wait long enough and someone keeps it loaded, it could possibly starve. If it's just hanging in midair, it should be safe for quite a while, depending on height.

Ya, inventory had a chute, used it, and let me tell you you need to activate it quick still collided with the cliff :(. and yea SP I guess I will tame a ptero to call my bird :)
