I NEED MY MONEY BACK: Enough is Enough.
I am SO tired of wasting my time on this game to have my tames glitch and my mats eaten by crafting stations. I just got an Industrial Grill stuck in my fabricator que and it's not giving me the item or the mats. I can't get my time back, but I for sure want my money back. SOMEONE FROM DEVS, contact me ASAP. Thank you

@moto_2_14, this is the problem with EA, it is full of glitches, if you know anything about EA and are not ready to face these gltiched and report them correctly instead of randomly flaming, do not participate in the EA, and wait for the official launch to buy the games. :-/

As far as refunds go, people have been refunded in the past, have no clue how the system works, and i'm guessing you have to go through steam, not the devs.

Hope you get your problems fixed, and avoid all Early access games in the future. :-)

Uhuh, you're definitely getting your money back over an obscure bug that I have never seen reported until now.

Once the game comes out of early access you might be able to get your money back.

But that could be a while and by then the game will be finished and most if not all the bugs will be long gone.

How are you arrogant enough to think you deserve your money back? You bought a product, you got said product. Stop whining and enjoy the product or move on. The fact is you got the product you purchased, even if you never played it. They owe you nothing.

Do you watch movie at the theatre, stay at the theatre for 400 hours, then ask for your money back because the movie cut out at the end of the 200th viewing? you are stupid a'f OP

The Devs won't give you your money back so posting this topic is pointless and makes you look childish with how you posted as well. If you want a refund that's up to steam and if you played more than 2 hours then they won't give you your money back.

Edit: You definitely aren't getting your money back with 392 hours on record with this game and are currently playing when I checked your hours. lol

This game is a EA amazing thank god to the rest of EA. I am very sad its been a bad thing for you but its really amazing. If you played for 400 hours its just, funny you want your money back and i want that job:)

Don't give him any pity, he's played it for 392 hours and was currently playing the game after I checked.

There have been instances of people getting refunds even beyond the 2 hour mark, however they made a good case for themselves. Though I do think 400 hours of gametime might be stretching it. Even more so when the game is EA and his problem is exactly what EA entails... a bug

Translation: "I paid for an incomplete game, still in active development, not even in the beta phase yet. Its buggy, so I want a refund because I don't understand how early access works and I gave them money expecting a complete game."
