Report a translation problem
As far as refunds go, people have been refunded in the past, have no clue how the system works, and i'm guessing you have to go through steam, not the devs.
Hope you get your problems fixed, and avoid all Early access games in the future. :-)
Uhuh, you're definitely getting your money back over an obscure bug that I have never seen reported until now.
But that could be a while and by then the game will be finished and most if not all the bugs will be long gone.
Edit: You definitely aren't getting your money back with 392 hours on record with this game and are currently playing when I checked your hours. lol
There have been instances of people getting refunds even beyond the 2 hour mark, however they made a good case for themselves. Though I do think 400 hours of gametime might be stretching it. Even more so when the game is EA and his problem is exactly what EA entails... a bug
