Basically, if you can move it in REAL LIFE, you should be able to move it in game.

the smithy should be able to be moved
The forge or fabricator, do to the sheer weight these items should have after being constructed it should make it impossible for a single individual to move them..
all the chest containers should be able to be moved.
beds should be able to be moved.
Refrigerators, air conditioning units, preserving bins, feeding troughs should also be able to be moved.
but... thats just how I look at it.
