Cancel a craft in progress

Can we stop a craft in progress before it s finish? Is this possible? Thanks guys

only way i know of doing this is dropping one of the items required to craft from your inventory or out of the smithy

There is a cancel all crating in queue also .. if you look up in the left corner, it should be a cancel button there!
But it doesn't stop the craft currently being done .. so if you by mistake made 2 of a thing, you can cancel the 2nd one with the button, but not the first craft.

Tried cancel queu with 2 of the same crafting with little to no success. Maybe its lag but my word is, rip out a component of whats crafted as that words 100%...cancel button is a 50-50 chance for it to work at best

That doesn't work because if the item is already being crafted (not just in the queue) the components needed to make that item have already been removed from your inventory. Removing the item from your inventory will stop all future items in the queue from being made, but if it is already in the process of being made, I do not think you can stop it.

If you're crafting from a blueprint you can pull out the blueprint. But the consumed materials don't come back, so I don't see why you'd want to.

I'm trying the game now and are also finding it weird that I cannot stop the current crafting process, thus having a chance of accidentally crafting unwanted things.

Is there maybe a mod that enables this feature?
