parachute glitch preventing full game potential

Firstly I would like to say that I really love this game and love being a savage. The only thing is I recently got into a dispute with a tribe and when they were offline I wanted to raid their base mainly involving killing all their dinos. So because I am a more casual gamer who doesn't have the time to build up and compete with a superpower tribe I decided to learn the engram parachute to get into their base land on their dinos and kill them. When attempting to do so I jumped from the top of a tall mountain in North zone 3 of the map guiding my parachute right over their base waiting for it to drop so I can land on their bronto and kill it. It seems like this should work as ALL of the dinos in their dino pen are on neutral. However when I'm floating in the air about to land for some reason my parachute just decides to kill me. I dint press the release key that is space bar either it just kills me in the middle of the air like what is going on. I don't even hit the ground and I just die in the air saying you killed yourself. This is a HUGE bug and it happens about 70% of the time when I try to land on my enemy's dinos. If u reading this devs please fix this I do not want to have to tame a bird to kill my rivals I just want the parachute to work it's intended purpose and not glitch out midair killing me hundreds of feet above ground without me doing anything. This is a reductions glitch and I guarantee it will happen at least half the time just find a big mountain jump off and try to land on a dino or anything for that matter (Mabey the bug is caused from landing on dinos in parachutes?) And it kills you without you pressing space or hitting the ground massive bs. This makes raiding not fun and it wasted my engram make it so the parachute can land on dinos without killing me 200 ft up in the air before I hit the ground or give me my 6 engram back I'm pissed. This glitch has also happened to my homies so don't u say it's my game or yell at me to reinstall ark f that the file is 15 gigs and this one's on you devs give me 1000$ for finding and reporting this bug please cause I heard payments have been confermed.

its not about what i decide to do with the parachute its about the fact that half the time when i use it i just die in the air hundreds of feet from the dinos or the gorund... Whats the point of having in the description of the engram "excelent for base infiltration" when it glitches out and kills you it the air... just look at this video its not just me. btw why play on a pvp server if u dont want people to kill your bronto the risk is part of the fun ;)

Thats problem for everyone parachuting death glitch the developers should look at that maybe contact one of them with issue cause if you dealing hat gltich chances are it's something that needs to be looked into and corrected.

Issues like this that pretty much affect or could affect everyones gameplay should be directly brought attention to so that the devs can fix this as soon as possible.

You could talk to the right hand he's developer for the game call it to his attention or the guy who does the ark digest too. any one of them will do.
