Mammoth inside the ground.

We have a tamed mammoth thats now under the ground, we cant ride him or get him up again, we could make him follow, but now hes completly stuck. And you cant see him, only the name. Anyone else had this issue?

yep, 2 ways it happens.

1) they randomly 'sink' into the ground, certain areas seem to make it happen more often then others.

2) they walk over a rock (minable) and shove themselves into the ground. Bronto's do this moreso then the elephants.

I was lucky and caught my elephant sinking into the ground from walking over a rock, I walked him to a small cliff edge and he popped back out when reaching it.

Seen that happen to wild mammoths around my mountain base. We call them mole-mammoth :P

Try finding a target with the eyeglass then press "period" . It should send your nearby dinos to attack the target. That worked when my raptor was trapped inside a wall.

either whistle your mammoth to follow you, then walk around, and semi-far from where he currently is...the AI tends to make things jump really high, when on follow...or just put your mammoth on aggressive and lure something close to where he is (on the ground above), your mammoth should get himself unstuck to go fight it.
