Strange Problem - Only occurs in ARK

Whenever in fullscreen mode and I press caps lock and/or numbers lock, my screen minimizes. This does NOT happen in windowed fullscreen mode.
I'm not sure why this happens and I'm hoping someone could help solve this for me. Thanks!

Edit: Forgot to mention that I have tried binding these keys to an action and it does not work.

Same thing here.

on a windows 7 64bits

If you're still having the problem, what you need to do is open task manager and go to the processes/services

Then just spam caps lock over and over and see which process/service is running when you press it. Just disable it. The reason the game closes is because when you press caps there is a little picture that pops up to tell you that you enabled caps lock, if you disable the service it doesn't do it anymore.

Try going into Ease of Access Center and disable sticky keys.
