Problem with Headshots

I was testing around abit and for some reasons i can't land Headshots on Bronto, Mammoth, Carno and Rex....

i tested out how Topor is affected by Armor and Headshots and i have the Problem that Headshots at these 4 Dinos don't do more Dmg or Topor.....

I tested it with like 10 Arrows per Dino, 5 with Bow and 5 with Crossbow all other Dinos Headshots work fine for me but at these 4 i can't land Headshots even though i shoot them between the Eyes

try profile headshots they seem more reliable than headon...

EDIT: are you doing this in SP because lag can affect it...

The bronto for sure, I've tried in single player to headshit him and he wouldn't even recognize that I hit him. It was however almost always from the side, never tried a frontal to initiate.

anyways no it's sinpleplayer, it's on a server, and they do get dmg and topor, just not more than a shot anywhere, same with the turtle, trike and crocodile

tried from above, from the side, from below, between the eyes, in the eye..... feels like they don't get more dmg from headshots or they dont even have a "head" hitbox.....

even noticed for the turtle: if u hit it at the shell u only do 20% of the normal dmg and topor

can also say that parasarurus is weird without a headshot he gets 157,5 topor from a crossbow but with a headshot he gets 315,5 (3times 105,5) instead of 472,5 topor like the other 157,5 ones

stego seems also to be buggy as the headshot does only 1,6x dmg and topor.....

dimo(new little bird thingy) does NOT gets x6 dmg from projectiles even though it's a flying one

so yeah i don't even know how they decided who get how much topor, tested with crossbow some get 105,5 from a shot(no headshot) some 157,5 yet it seems somewhat random... most herbivores get 157,5 most carnivore 105,5 yet, bronto only gets 105,5 and a raptor gets 157,5, but ankylo and stego get 157,5 and a dilo and saber only get 105,5 again....

so it's not classified by herbi/carnivore and also not by size...... and for parasaurus i think they used wrong value or modifer

but me and a friend wasted like 500 arrows and 3h getting these values and 200 arrows alone just went into nothing for trying to headshot the "buggy" ones....

oh yeah ichi does not get any topor and u can't headshot megalodon either x'D
