Dino seems to be stuck for no reason.
This is the second time in my game I've had a Dino unable to move even if there is nothing in it's inventory .

My first occurrence was with a Ichthyosarus. I chased it close to the shore so that I could tame it without it swimming away. In this instance, after I tamed it and put a saddle on it, it was unable to move. It hovered completely out of the water and above land. While I was able to attack with it, it was unable to move from it's spot. It had nothing but 6 meat and a saddle in it's invatory. I tried having a Trike knock it back, but it wouldn't budge. I ended up giving up on poor flipper, and harvested his innards.

My second situation (Current) is with a crock. I've had him since I've started the game. He is level 24 and has been fine up until now. I was fishing for megalodons. In this situation, I ride My Ichy into the deep waters, have several Megalodons chase me to shore, then My Croc, Megalodon and Ichy destroy them. After this time, The Croc wouldn't follow me out of the water. While it says he's following me, he won't move. He had a weight of 60/340. He has not yet been mounted with a saddle. I ended up punching him out of the water, and he fell unconscious. When he woke up on shore, he was still unable to move. Any ideas? I don't want to give him up.

It's also worth noting that nothing held either of these two in their spot. No rocks or trees or anything.

I've had the same issue twice now. First was my scorpion fighting a carno and got knocked back into the water. It could not move and drowned. The second was on a new server wit two Dilos. They attacked a Megapiranha and were stuck in the water. I punched them to shore as I've seen this before.

Now they will turn to look at me but can't move when I tell them to follow. We can't be the only ones having this issue. There must be a bug in the logic state after a fight that has something to do with the water.

Yesterday I lost my scorpion Similarly, after a fight got stuck on the shore and drowned :( looks like this happening a lot, especially with mounts of small stature. Ankylos, scorpions etc.

I also had a T-rex which stuck to a wall, I could not release it and apparently went under the world and died and I could not recover his body.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. I was attaking a parasaur with a scorpion and after i looted the dino my scorp got stuck under 2 feet of water. It wouldn't move at all and when I mounted it it would rubberband back to the place it was stuck.
It ended up drowning with no way to get it out. :\

Update. I freed my Sarco. After waking up from being unconciouis, he was still stuck. When the server restarted however, he was free to move. It seems like his tale was stuck underground.

Anyway, yesterday it happened again with the same Sarco. I did the same routine, with the same result. He goes unconcious, his tale surfaces, restart the server, he's fine.

Just out of curiousity, all three times this happened, it was in the pond that connects to the ocean in South Zone 2. The one that has the florida like keys that make the pond. Anyone else have problems in a simular area?

Same with my Sarco, I punched it out of the water and it got unstuck after it passed out a few times. Another time I aggroed a few piranhas and the fight got my Sarco unstuck again. Now I am afraid of shallow waters a lot more than the deep sea.

Had a Ankylo stuck in the waters near 60 lon 70 lat. Could not get all up on the shore. On both sides of the river. Moved over the river without problem, but not onto land. I attacked another stone and he was free to go wherever he wanted..

Could be something with the tail getting stuck...?

I guess My advice from experience at this point is not to give up on a dino when it sticks. Maybe they unstick with patch releases or something, but the only Dino that hasn't unstuck with me is the first Ichthyosarus, and that's because I killed him.

This just happened to me with one of my dilos. Like you I was about to punch him out of the water. He's not unconscious but he won't move. He does rotate to keep looking towards me as I move around. When I log back in I'll see if attacking something nearby will jar him loose.

Sure hope they get this fixed!

My friend and I have lost a few to this issue. I lost two dilos and a raptor. He lost a scorp and Ankylo. This has to be fixed. Most died of drowning, my raptor was killed by another player since she could not move.

I am having the save issue, loseing Dilo's to being stuck after attaking parana or other things in the water then when they come out of the water they get stuck on the shore, or worse they get stuck in the water and die. Wounder if its a collision issue at the seam between land and water.
