Link all snapped structures with Givetome command

We have experienced a bug on our private server where our tribe which is populated by the 3 server admins has become glitched when the owner had his character accidentally deleted by a family member.

The other tribe members were not admins so were unable to administer or invite anyone to the tribe which still had a defunct character as the owner / admin.

the second member left the tribe as we thought if only one member was left ownership would pass- It didn't.

we pursued the route of trying to get help to edit the ownership manually via the save info on the server but could not create a solution.

At the dev's advise we left the tribe individually in the hope that the last tribe member would carry ownership of all the tribe owned items including our very large pvp event arena used by the whole server and our very large 5 wall high stone base with aviary, living area, blacksmiths area, apothery, kitchen etc etc..

Unfortunately it didn't work-

So now the only option to claim this all back is to use the admin command cheat givetome

However that command only works on individual items- e.g. one foundation, one wall, one pipe etc etc etc

You may be thinking well this won;t happen to me but it's very easy to accidentally make a new character when you die instead of re-spawning- in this case the fault lies with the tribe owner for letting someone else "have a go" on the game using his character.

There is currently no way to remove ownership of a tribe from a character that no longer exists.

Is there any possibility that the command could be coded or a new command implemented which allowed an administrator to claim an entire structure- i.e you claim a single item/ foundation and anything that is snapped to this is claimed at the same time?

I appreciate it would be open to abuse but any admin command is.

I think admins should be able to set permissions / ownerships of any snapped structure. GiveToMe is far not enough to handle the different cases.

I agree entirely- but i think that altering the existing command is a more realistic prospect in the short term, i don;t think we will see full ownership / tribe management options until closer to official release as they would require a massive amount of work- the tribes are so bugged they need re-starting from the ground up

this would also help if you started a new charecter but wanted to keep your old house and pen in singleplayer.

GiveToMe can also claim dinos for your own
