much less 18 in the place said to be the easiest enemy-wise.

When they add the AI, as the dinos right now are just basic, I'm sure it will fix the over-population of the 18 rexes through 52 levels and more on the beach.

South and west beach, this is true. North beach, good luck son.

SE beach dweller. Only Rexes I have seen are player owned. I have seen plenty of carnos, raptors, and scorpions though.

Northern and inland river beaches on the other hand are much more populated with the dangerous stuff.

Oh god, not Dino A.I. I'm already terrified of them.

I have never seen large carnovores around that cave... ever. I only seen scorpions, dilos, a bronto, dodos and trikes. Even then most of them spawn a fair way away from the cave.

If you do not want carnovores, go to the South East island off the coast... no carnovores there at all

For sure the beaches of SW have no dangers.
Worst thing you'll run into is a Dilo.

If you go a tad deeper inland, you MAY run into a rare carno, scorp, or raptor.

I think you mean SE. SW has raptors and carnos.

I haven't been able to get too far up into the jungle due to the rabid T-Rex population.

Those are so rare to find around here. at least on PvE.
I live right on the coast.

beaches have the least 'npc' threats but a very high player character threat.

I have had spinos raiding my southern beach houses, but it generally only starts when I am around level 20 or so.

I just started on the West 2 spawn point! I have yet to make it to the base I want as I keep dying to raptors on the beach and if I try to swim accross to the base spot I want I get eaten by pirannas! I am only a low level character but still its annoying you keep dying and loosing all the dodo hide etc you have collected as I don't dare go back and try to get it cause the creatures usually hang around! SO as of yet cause of this I can't even get to the base area I want yet!

But that makes sense if it is a raptor spawn area! Guess I just have to level up higher and make sure I get spears asap!
