There isn't one to my knowledge. You either grow all the ingredients yourself, trade with someone who does or raid and hope they have some

The recipe is a pretty common drop in caves & the ocean. You don't need it to make the chowder though, just throw everything in the pot and it works. Use Thatch instead of wood to light it, otherwise you'll end up with dye from your berries.

Untrue, if an item has a recipe, then it needs it. The only thing that does not require a recipe in the cooking pot is dyes.

You can absolutely make the Lazarus Chowder, and other recipes, without finding the recipe sheet. It's a guide, not a blueprint. I've never found the Chowder note, but made and used tons of it.

Then why does it not work with kibble? I have put in all the requirements for kibble and nothing has happened

Wrong, you do not require the recipe to make Chowder or any other recipe in the game.

It works for kibble, we have made several of them. State what you are putting in the cookpot.
